SAFE SOCIAL MEDIA USE FOR YOUNG ADULTS

An experimental geekwave short made by Vincent Sylvain and Sebastian Ganschow. The film tells the story of the influencer Laura in a mixture of styles, that mimic browsing a social media feed. We follow her around and learn a lot about todays Internet use. Laura learns a few things as well, as she opens her inbox. She get drowned in dickspics and eventually dies. As she ascends into the cloud, she reflects about her online-life.
We used a bunch of different filmmaking techniques, such as: claymation, 3D-animation, shitty motion graphics, miniatures & stop-motion with humans.
